What to expect?
Join us for a Moose Safari in Northern Norway and experience the thrill of a close meeting with the largest land animal in Europe.On this trip, we head out to areas where there is a good chance to see the famous moose grazing.
In Norway, the moose is called "Elg". It is also Europe's largest land animal, and also the largest member of the deer family. A fully grown bull is over 2 meters high at the shoulders and weighs up to 750 kg (1650 lb). Cows seldom weigh more than 470 kg (1035 lb).
They are quite shy animals and are easily scared back into the woods, but normally they are quite cooperative and allow us to get quite close. We know the habits and life of the moose and where we have the best chances to see them.
Our guarantee to you is: No moose seen, no payment.
Typical group sizes for our trips ranges from 2 to 10 (15) as we prefer to keep the group size as small as possible for these trips. That improves the experience both for you and the guide.

*We will never mix a private group trip with lone travellers.
