1. Bergen to Voss: A Scenic Rail Adventure

Our adventure begins from Bergen Railway Station around 8am. As you step aboard the Bergen Railway (Bergensbanen), prepare for a visual feast. The train winds through lush valleys, tunnels, and snow-capped peaks. Waterfalls cascade alongside the tracks, and charming villages peek out from the landscape.

2. Voss to Gudvangen: A Journey of Valleys and Cliffs

From Voss, hop on a comfortable coach toward Gudvangen. The route takes you through valleys with lush forests against a backdrop of snow-covered mountaintops and winding fjords.Gudvangen awaits, a tiny village nestled between towering cliffs and the Nærøyfjord. Imagine Vikings once roaming these shores. Take a moment to breathe in the fjord’s majesty.

3. Gudvangen to Flåm: Cruising the Nærøyfjord

Brace yourself for the highlight: the Nærøyfjord cruise. Step aboard an emission-free electric catamaran and sail through narrow passages. Steep cliffs rise on either side, waterfalls plunge into the fjord, and tranquility envelops you. Flåm beckons at the journey’s end. 4. Flåm to Myrdal: The Original Flåm Railway

5. Myrdal to Bergen: Descending to Coastal Beauty

Rejoin the Bergen Railway for the descent. As you wind down from the mountains, the scenery transforms. Arrive back in Bergen around 8.45pm at night. Explore the iconic Bryggen district, savor fresh seafood at the fish market, and soak up maritime vibes.
