Most our adventures can be fully refunded if you cancel 48 hours or more before departure.
Most our accommodations can be booked on a plan that allows full refund until 24 hours before check-in.
All our holiday packages are refundable, as per the details described in the listing page of each package.
Please make a note of the refund policy that applies to your particular booking. Not all refund policies are flexible. The refund policy is stated on the tour or hotel description page before you make the booking, and on your booking confirmation after you have made the booking.
If you will need to make a cancellation, we commit to making the applicable refund to your credit card as soon as possible and always within 5 banking days.
