Pickup details
Airport : Customers should wait beside the information desk near the exit to the taxi area. Look for the sign with your name held by the driver. Please do not leave the arrival without contacting the chauffeur or customer service support line. We provide Complementary 60 mins free waiting time after actual flight landing time.
Hotel: Inside the main reception area of the hotel is where customers should wait. Keep an eye out for the driver holding a sign with your name. Complementary 15 mins free waiting time.
Cruise Terminal: Customers at the cruise terminal should wait near the main exit and taxi stands. The driver will be easily identifiable with a sign displaying your name. Complementary 15 mins free waiting time.
Private address: The driver will wait outside the main entrance of the address. A complimentary waiting time of 15 minutes is included. Please advise your preferred pick-up address in Special requirements.
Once the complimentary waiting period is over and if there is still no contact made with the passenger via SMS or call, it will be considered a no-show and no refund will be issued.
