You need to have warm winter shoes with you. We have some extra shoes but not all sizes.
What to expect?
Here you can be a musher by yourself!Driving your own dog sled gives you the feeling of freedom and friendship with your own husky team. On this tour we will teach you the basics of being a husky musher. We will drive into the middle of beautiful peaceful nature. You can experience the excitement and beauty of arctic nature with our friendly huskies. You will have your own husky team and work together with these great friends. We will teach you how to drive the sled and tell you about the life of the huskies. We go for a 1.5 – 2 hour long sled ride, starting on easy ground across the lake, then diving into the forest. It is a lot of fun with changing terrain.On the way you can enjoy the wintry wilderness. We will stop for a break to take some photos of the huskies and enjoy a campfire in the middle of the nature – a small break so you can relax and listen to the peaceful silence. After the break driving the sled will be much easier.The distance of the ride is 20 – 25 km depending on the snow and weather conditions and your driving skills. The duration of the whole tour, including transfers, is 3 – 4 hours.Price per person: €315 (Minimum 2 adults or fee of €630)Maximum group size is 4 adults. Almost private! Please be aware temperatures can be extremely cold, down to -30º C on cold days. We provide warm coats, gloves and hats though please wear appropriate under clothing such as merino base layers.
