Kemi: Day Ticket to Exhibitions in the Snow Castle Area

Two unique experiences with one ticket! Welcome to experience unforgettable moments of snow, ice, and gemstones in Kemi!

In our main building, you can explore two fascinating exhibitions with just one ticket.

The Gemstone Exhibition showcases enchanting jewelry and gemstones from Finland and around the world. Discover the hidden treasures of the Finnish soil and admire precise replicas of world-famous royal jewels, such as Queen Elizabeth’s crown and Marie Antoinette’s necklace. The exhibition is based on the extensive collection of the Kemi Gemstone Gallery, founded in 1986 by a renowned local goldsmith. It is located on the third floor of the SnowCastle’s main building and is open year-round.

The SnowExperience365 area will reopen fully renewed in summer 2025! In this newly redesigned, year-round snow and ice experience, you can immerse yourself in the true feeling of winter – surrounded by majestic snow walls and dazzling ice sculptures. Enjoy an unforgettable moment by sliding down the ice slide or striking a royal pose on the icy throne for a memorable photo.

Please notice that it is always around -5 degrees Celsius in the SnowExperience365 room and snow floor can be slippery. Warm clothing is reccommended and you may enter the room as many times as you like during one day.
