What to expect?
The Kuksa, a wooden cup made of Arctic birch wood, is an iconic handicraft of the local Sami people! For the local hunters, fisherman, and reindeer herders, these Kuksas have traditionally been an essential device during their hunting journey for many years.
Each Kuksa is unique in its shape as it is handmade, and this workshop will allow you to make one for yourself.You will see shamanistic and ritual drums created by the local hosts. Sami people from Scandinavia used to paint symbols and also some Siberian tribes.
Take a tour inside the Sami art workshop with local handmade crafts, unveiling the Sami culture hand in hand with nature.Indulge in their culture as you visit the local people's home, and chat with them as you are served fresh blueberry juice and local snacks.
