Rovaniemi: Dog Sledding under the Northern Lights

Experience the enchanting embrace of a Lappish winter night, cloaked in darkness yet adorned with countless stars and the mesmerizing dance of auroras overhead, all while reclining on a sled guided by a team of Huskies.

After the husky ride, we'll escort you to the serene surroundings of a nearby forest or lakeside by car, where, weather permitting, you'll have the opportunity to witness the ethereal beauty of the Northern Lights, immersing yourself fully in the magic of the Lappish night.

Departure: Any time between 16:00 to 21:00

Duration: 3-4 hours

• Departure time may vary depending on the seasons and availability, please kindly check the email we send to you for the exact pick-up time and pick up location after making reservations online.

• Northern Lights sightings cannot be guaranteed due to they are subject to weather conditions and the solar activity.

• Guide languages available on request: German, French, Italian, Spanish, Chinese

• If there is insufficient snow from October to mid-December, the sled ride will be replaced by a wheel sled for safety reasons, but the itinerary will not change.

• At least 2 people are required for this tour to take place on weekdays and Saturdays

• At least 4 people are required for this tour to take place on Sundays and public holidays
