Join us for a breathtaking nature experience combining two of Lapland’s most impressive locations. We begin with a guided hike in Korouoma Canyon, home to Finland’s most spectacular frozen waterfalls. Surrounded by tall cliffs, silent snowy forests and glittering ice formations, this hike offers unforgettable scenery and plenty of photo opportunities. Along the trail, we stop to enjoy a warm BBQ cooked over an open fire, a perfect Arctic break in the wilderness.
After exploring the canyon, we continue to Auttiköngäs, a beautiful nature reserve known for its old wooden structures and pathways once used in the traditional log transportation industry of Lapland. Here you get a glimpse into the region’s history while enjoying panoramic views of untouched forest and river landscapes.

Depart from Rovaniemi and travel into the peaceful Arctic countryside.
Arrive at Korouoma Canyon and begin a guided hike through the snowy forest.
