Rovaniemi: Northern Lights Sledding with Lappish BBQ

Take a seat on the comfortable sleigh pulled by a snowmobile and enjoy the speedy ride.

The thrill of witnessing the Aurora Borealis is a once-in-a-lifetime experience for many. The Northern Lights dancing up above is such a powerful and unique natural phenomenon it changes lives down on Earth.

Your guide will take control of the snowmobile and will take you on a journey through the snowy and unforgettable landscape, all the way to a magic frozen lake, far away from the residential areas and their light pollution. 

After arriving, the tour guide will tell you stories and tales of the Northern Lights. You will be waiting for the Northern Lights to appear while warming up yourself with hot blueberry juice and gingerbread, and listen to the stories and tales of the Northern Lights.

*Recommended for those without a car driver's license or do not wish to drive a snowmobile on their own. 

*Children under 3 year old are not recommended to attend this tour

• Northern Lights sightings cannot be guaranteed due to they are subject to weather conditions and the solar activity

• Children under 3 year old are not recommended to attend this tour

• At least 2 people are required for this tour to take place on weekdays and Saturdays

• At least 4 people are required for this tour to take place on Sundays and public holidays
