What to expect?
This ice cave tour is for those who seek a more immersive ice cave experience. On this tour, we visit less crowded ice caves and allot more time for you to appreciate the breathtaking natural surroundings and the glacier itself. In some instances, we may need to walk on the glacier to access the ice cave. The duration of the tour can range from 4 to 6 hours, depending on the location and weather conditions.
We will prepare a backpack with all the necessary equipment (which we provide). We then drive in a super jeep as close to the glacier as possible, hike in the glacier area, and at times, may need to traverse the glacier itself before reaching the ice cave to savor its beauty. If you're passionate about photography, this tour is highly recommended for you. All ice caves are naturally formed, so nature determines their shape and location.
Safety is our top priority; thus, we always select the most suitable ice cave for each trip. Consequently, the drive and walk to the ice cave can vary from day to day. If nature dictates that we cannot access a particular ice cave, we have other exceptional alternatives for you.
