Suitable for beginners and experienced anglers, you’ll fish in scenic rivers or lakes such as Big Laxá, Myrarkvisl, Brunná, or Lake Langavatn, guided by expert local anglers. Fishing licenses are arranged in advance, and tours can be customized to your needs.

The tour can include hotel pickup and drop-off or start directly at the fishing location. Fishing time is approximately four hours if transfers are included, or a full six hours if you meet the guide on-site. Morning and afternoon schedules are available depending on the season.

Your guide will provide all necessary fishing tackle, instructions, and local knowledge to help you catch the fish of Northern Iceland. Enjoy the quiet rivers, beautiful landscapes, and personal guidance on this immersive angling adventure.

We will charge a cancellation fee of 100% if booking is cancelled 60 days or less before event.

We will charge a cancellation fee of 50% if booking is cancelled 90 days or less before event.

The day tour is 6 hours in total so if you require pickup and drop off the time spent fishing is about 4 hours.

07:00 Pickup at a Hotel/Guesthouse and head to the river.
08:30 – 12:30 Fishing.
13:00 Drop off at your Hotel/Guesthouse

15:30 Pickup at a Hotel/Guesthouse and head to the river.
16:30 – 20:30 Fishing(Fishing time is 15:30 – 20:30 in September & October).
21:30 Drop off at your Hotel/Guesthouse
