Information: Rafting is one of the most beloved outdoor adventure activities in Iceland! We at Arctic Rafting have been on the river since 1985. The Hvítá river is located about 90 minutes from Reykjavík and has the perfect mix of scenic canyons and adrenaline pumping rapids. After most definitely getting wet in some fun rapids, you will be amazed as we float through the famous Brúarhlöð canyon. Hvítá is a solid class II river, making it a bumpy-fun-splish splashy ride but also safe and suitable for almost anyone who‘s got an aptitude for adventure. We provide the equipment to keep you from freezing and a life-jacket to keep you afloat.
Back at Drumbó the sauna and showers will be hot for you to warm up. Should you like you can grab a drink at the bar or add a delicious lamb bbq buffet. A perfect day!
Come rafting in Iceland and experience the power of it‘s wild glacier water!
