The tour lasts 1.5 hours and has a difficulty level of 1 out of 5. A helmet and headlight are included, but guests must bring their own clothing and personal gear. Since the temperature inside the cave is low, warm clothes are recommended. Parents traveling with small children are asked to stay at the back of the group and skip the final stop of the tour.
