Reykjavík: Northern Lights Cruise & FlyOver Iceland

Start your evening at 18:00 by soaring above Iceland with the FlyOver Iceland experience. Check in at Grandi Harbour at 17:45 and prepare for a breathtaking 35-minute adventure. Suspended before a 20-metre spherical screen, you’ll feel the arctic winds and see Iceland’s landscapes come alive with motion, wind, mist, and scents.

Before takeoff, enjoy pre-ride events led by storytellers and the resident troll Sú Vitra, sharing Icelandic myths and the natural forces shaping the land. The ride itself lasts 8.5 minutes, but the total experience immerses you in Icelandic wonders from start to finish. After the flight, you’ll have time to grab a meal in town before the Northern Lights Cruise.

Check in at our ticket office at the Old Harbour, then board the boat for a two-hour Northern Lights & City Cruise. Sail past Reykjavík’s illuminated skyline, Harpa Concert Hall, and Hallgrímskirkja, and admire the radiant beam of the Imagine Peace Tower. The expert crew and naturalists guide you in search of the aurora borealis, offering insights and answering questions along the way.

The cruise provides comfort with heated indoor areas, a café, and a 360° viewing platform for panoramic views. Northern Lights sightings depend on solar activity, clear skies, and darkness, but our experienced guides will always give it their best shot.
