Oslo: 9-Day Holiday Package Oslo, Bergen & Trondheim

This nine‑day journey connects three Norwegian cities with the fjord region of Western Norway. The trip begins in Oslo where you explore the Norwegian capital on a guided walking tour. In the evening you cruise the Oslofjord on a silent electric ship while enjoying a three‑course dinner.

From Oslo you travel to Bergen on a combined rail and fjord journey. The route includes the Bergen Railway, the Flåm Railway, and a fjord cruise through the Nærøyfjord before continuing to Bergen.

During your stay in Bergen you explore the city on a guided walking tour and take the Fløibanen funicular to Mount Fløyen for views across the harbour and surrounding mountains.

The journey then continues north along the Norwegian coast by ship. After two nights on board the coastal voyage arrives in Trondheim.

In Trondheim you join a guided city walk that introduces the city’s history, riverfront districts, and cultural landmarks before departing from Trondheim Airport.

Day 1: Arrive in Oslo and Explore the City
Arrive in Oslo and make your way to your centrally located accommodation. Check in and spend the rest of the day exploring the harbour area, the Opera House, or the city centre.

Day 2: Join an Oslo Walking Tour and Cruise the Oslofjord for Dinner
Join a guided walking tour through Oslo’s city centre. The tour introduces major landmarks, public squares, and the history of the Norwegian capital. In the evening board a silent electric ship from Aker Brygge for a dinner cruise on the Oslofjord. A three-course dinner is served on board while the vessel travels between islands and coastal neighbourhoods.

Day 3: Travel from Oslo to Bergen via Scenic Rail and Fjord Journey
Travel across southern Norway on a combined rail and fjord route. The journey includes the Bergen Railway to Myrdal, the Flåm Railway to Flåm, a fjord cruise through the Nærøyfjord to Gudvangen, a coach transfer to Voss, and a train journey to Bergen. Luggage is transferred directly to your hotel in Bergen.

Day 4: Join a Bergen Walking Tour and Ride the Fløibanen Funicular
Join a guided walking tour through Bergen’s historic districts including the Bryggen waterfront. Later take the Fløibanen funicular to Mount Fløyen for views over the city and surrounding fjords.

Day 5: Explore Bergen and Board a Coastal Voyage
Spend the day exploring Bergen at leisure. In the evening board a coastal ship departing from Bergen and begin the voyage north along the Norwegian coast. Accommodation is in a sleeper cabin with full-board meals included.

Day 6: Sail Along the Norwegian Coast
Spend the day on board as the ship sails along the Norwegian coastline. Enjoy views from the deck, relax in the lounges, or watch the coastal landscape change throughout the journey.

Day 7: Arrive in Trondheim and Explore the City
The ship arrives in Trondheim in the morning. Disembark and make your way to your centrally located accommodation for a two-night stay. Spend the afternoon exploring the city centre and waterfront.

Day 8: Join a Trondheim City Walking Tour
Join a guided walking tour through Trondheim. The tour introduces the city’s history, riverfront warehouses, and key landmarks including the Nidaros Cathedral area. After the tour enjoy free time to explore the city.

Day 9: Depart from Trondheim
After breakfast make your way to Trondheim Airport for your onward journey.
