Trondheim: SUP Experience with Instructor

Our SUP giga boards are specially designed to accommodate groups, with a minimum of 4 and a maximum of 10 participants per board. This makes it an ideal activity for creating unforgettable memories with your loved ones or colleagues. The tour begins with a 20-minute introduction to paddling and safety, led by our experienced SUP instructor. You’ll learn the basics of paddling techniques and important safety measures to ensure a smooth and enjoyable experience on the water.

Included in the price of the tour are all the essentials you’ll need for a great day out. We provide high-quality SUP boards, paddles, and all necessary safety equipment to keep you secure while you paddle. Additionally, we take care of the transport of the kayak, so you can focus on having fun and making the most of your time on the water.

Meet us above the football field at 'Tempe idrettsanlegg' at the end of Bostadvegenstreet. We recommend that you take the bus to Valøyvegen and walk for 2 minutes until you reach the Tempe football field.

From the city center you can take bus:

• No.1 against Kattem via Tiller-Heimdal

• No.2 towards Lund via Kolstad-Heimdal

• No.10 towards Nordslettvegen

From Pirbadet: take a bus number 21 to Olav Tryggvasons gate 1 (Trondheim) and then change to a bus nr2. towards Lund via Kolstad -Heimdal
