Good to know

Meeting point: Car park at Halsenveien, Skutvik (see map for GPS location)

Note: Please trim long fingernails for added safety during the climb

Note: If you have long hair, bring a hair tie to prevent it from getting caught during the abseiling

What to bring

Bring wind and waterproof outer clothing and, if it’s cold, a sweater or fleece jacket along with woollen underwear, a hat, and gloves. Wear hiking boots or approach shoes, as ordinary training with soft soles aren’t suitable for climbing. Carry a 30-40 litre backpack with enough room for some of the climbing equipment we’ll provide. Pack food and drink (there will be one spot along the route where you can refill your water bottle).
