Good to know
Experience: No prior climbing experience is required.
Child Participants: Children must weigh at least 40 kg and be turning 12 within the current year.
Booking: If booking less than 15 hours before the departure, it's advised to contact the organizers via email or phone.
Physical Requirements: A normal level of good fitness is recommended.
Minimum Group Size: A minimum of 2 participants is required for the trip.
Meeting Point: Participants should meet at "Øya" below Øyfjellet, which is a 15-minute walk from the center. Detailed directions are provided, leading to a kiosk with the organizer's logo where guides will meet participants.
What to bring
For a safe and comfortable experience, participants should wear sturdy shoes with good grip (Vibram soles are preferable), and bring gloves (available for purchase from the guide if needed), weather-appropriate clothing, a daypack with an extra sweater and windproof jacket, a packed lunch, adequate drinks, and sunglasses and sunscreen, especially during times of strong sun.
