The tour is provided by an industry leader specializing in northern lights excursions for over a decade and is led by licensed guides who are also professional photographers that are passionate about the northern lights.

Check-in Time: 1850 hrs (6.50 pm)

Duration: 4-8 hours

Important Information:

• Minimum Group Size: A minimum tour group of 5 pax is required to run the tour. If the tour group is fewer than 5 pax, you tour will be scheduled with a partner operating a similar tour, rescheduled to a different day or be cancelled and refunded fully.

• Minimum Age: The tour is suitable for children aged 5 and above only. Upon booking, provide us with the age, height and weight of the child(ren) to ensure a properly fitting thermal suit and child seat is provided to ensure their safety and comfort.

• Cancellations: The tour may be canceled due to extreme weather, unsafe driving conditions or not meeting the minimum tour group size. In such cases, you will be informed of the cancellation and given the options of rescheduling your tour or receiving a full refund. On evenings where the weather is forecasted as unoptimal you may be given the option of joining the Aurora Chase (coach based) and if opted for the difference in tour rates will be refunded.

• Aurora Warranty: The Aurora Warranty is applicable to the winter season in which the tour was booked. The Aurora Warranty is non-transferrable, non-cumulative, non-compoundable and cannot be claimed as a refund.

• The tour might be limited to a single location or extended to multiple locations based on the guides expert opinion for maximization of chances to spot the Aurora. Said locations might be shared with other tour groups.
