What to expect?
Our secret to enjoying polar night and long winters is spending active time close to nature and relaxing well.
We run away from the city centre to idyllic landscapes of Malangen to enjoy: blue hours of polar night, snow, sun or snowstorms and to try snowshoeing easy way - without climbing high mountains.
Before return we visit the local gem hidden on the shore in Malangen - Tove's Tradisjonsmat café - to relax by the campfire in the lavvo, over a cup of coffee, tea or chocolate and Toves famous, homemade cakes. We can choose between: carrot or chocolate cake, cinnamon bun or vegan- lactose- and gluten- free coconut cake.
In other words we invite you to try our local lifestyle in an easy way followed by our experienced outdoor guides.

What to bring
Dress for the weather with warm, windproof, and waterproof clothing and sturdy, warm hiking boots (rental available). From mid-February, bring sunglasses and sunblock, and carry a small backpack with extra warm layers and water in a thermos.
