Experience the Arctic Coastline

Your day begins in central Tromsø, where you’ll meet your local guide and fellow travelers. After a short welcome and briefing, you’ll board a comfortable minibus and set off toward the scenic island of Sommarøy, often called “Summer Island.” The drive takes you through one of Northern Norway’s most stunning routes, filled with dramatic valleys, mountain views, white sandy beaches, tranquil lakes, and striking coastal bridges.

This journey is all about taking the time to experience the landscape. We make several stops along the way to breathe in the fresh Arctic air, take photographs, and simply enjoy the quiet beauty of the north. Wildlife sightings are common, with sea eagles often overhead and reindeer sometimes appearing near the roadside.

Warm Up with Arctic Treats

At one of our scenic stops, we’ll take a break to enjoy hot drinks and cookies. When weather allows, we light a small bonfire for warmth and atmosphere. This is also a great moment to talk with your guide, ask questions, or simply enjoy the peaceful surroundings.

After a fulfilling day of exploration, we return to Tromsø in the early afternoon.
