Eco-friendly tour
We care about the environment. We use reusable mugs, wooden stirring sticks, plastic-free packaging, and a fire pit, leaving only footprints in the snow.

Please note

• The tour lasts between 4 and 6 hours.

• The meeting point is at our Northern Norway Travel Shop in Tromsø city centre, located on the ground floor of Tromsø Havn Prostneset Terminal, opposite Clarion The Edge, at Samuel Arnesens Gate 5. Please arrive at least 15 minutes before the departure time.

• After the tour, we will drop you off at any central hotel, which you can choose when booking.

• An Arctic Portrait will be available for purchase and will be sent to you digitally 48 hours after the tour.

• If weather conditions are too dangerous, the tour may be cancelled and you will receive a full refund.

• All of our guides and drivers are trained in risk and safety management and are certified in first aid, ensuring that the tour is conducted as safely as possible every night.

• We require a minimum of 5 people to run this tour.

• The only guaranteed toilet break is at the beginning of the tour in Tromsø Prostneset.

• This tour is a chase, which means we will drive long distances to find clear skies.

• No meals are provided on the tour, so please bring snacks or a light meal with you.

• We recommend wearing spikes in icy conditions to stay safe.

• The tour is only cancelled if the weather is dangerous.

• The Northern Lights are a natural phenomenon, and we cannot guarantee that you will see them during the tour.

• We do not offer a discount on a second tour if you do not see the aurora.
