What to expect?
You will start your journey from the city center, where a comfortable bus will pick you up and drive you through the scenic landscapes of Norway for 90 minutes. You will arrive at Camp Tamok, a cozy and rustic base camp where you will get ready for your snowmobiling experience.
We will provide you with warm clothes and all the necessary gear, as well as safety instructions and a practical demonstration on how to drive your own snowmobile. You will have a partner to share the fun with, as you will drive in pairs, one driver and one passenger, on each snowmobile.
You will have the chance to switch places during the trip, so both of you can enjoy the thrill of driving and the beauty of the surroundings. You will follow our snowmobile tracks that will lead you through the stunning scenery of snow-covered mountains and valleys. You will feel the adrenaline rush as you zoom through the white wonderland, and the awe as you witness the nature’s splendor.
After an exhilarating ride, you will return to the camp, where a delicious hot meal will be waiting for you in a traditional North Norwegian setting. You will sit around the open fire in a reindeer herder’s tent, and enjoy the warmth and the hospitality of our hosts.
You will have the opportunity to relax and share your stories with your fellow travelers, before heading back to Tromsø with a smile on your face and a memory for life!
Please note: The duration of the snowmobiling activity (the time you will spend on the tracks, driving the snowmobile) can differ day to day, depending on snow and weather conditions.
