Get a unique perspective of the magnificent humpback and killer whales as they feed in the herring-rich fjords of the Arctic. Hop on our silent hybrid-electric boat, with minimal disturbance to nature and whales.We depart from Tromsø at 08:00 in the morning and head out to the whales’ feeding grounds in time to enjoy the few hours of polar daylight. On the way, you can take in the breathtaking views of frozen landscapes in comfortable, warm lounges with panoramic windows. You’ll find a selection of food and drinks for purchase on board.
While we search for the whales, our passionate guides will share personal stories about interesting sights along the way and give you in-depth information about the Orca and Humpback Whales. Once the whales have been spotted, we switch to our silent electric engine to minimize disturbances to the whales. Purpose-built for whale watching, our boat has multiple decks, giving you space and a great view.
Please note that the duration of this tour depends on the whales’ location and can range from 6-8 hours. The exact season varies from year to year but is usually between November and January. Our crew will do their best to find the whales but we can not guarantee whale sightings.
