The highlight awaits at the spectacular viewpoint overlooking the UNESCO World Heritage area Tafjord. This view is nothing short of amazing! Along the way, there will be plenty of opportunities for photo stops.
As the road winds to its end, we’ll park our bikes and embark on an easy trail. Through serene farmland and a peaceful pine forest, you’ll reach the breathtaking viewpoint. From here, gaze out over Valldal and the majestic fjords.
Notably, plans are underway to build a monastery in memory of Saint Olav, who once traveled through Valldal in 1029.
