What to bring

If you’re bringing your own bike, pack basic repair tools like a multitool with chain breaker, tire levers, chain lube, and a hand pump. You should also bring essential spare parts, including a rear derailleur hanger (ideally two), brake pads, 2–4 spare tubes, and any uncommon parts that may be hard to source locally.

If you’re renting a bike, you only need your personal riding essentials, as spare bike parts aren’t required. The rental bike and guides’ tool kits will cover any mechanical needs during the tour.
