From Ivalo: Aurora Safari to Lake Inari with Campfire Dinner

Start your Northern Lights adventure with a convenient hotel pick-up and transfer by minibus to our basecamp in Ivalo. Upon arrival, you'll receive warm thermal clothing and shoes to keep you comfortable in the chilly Lapland temperatures. From there, you'll journey to Koppelo, a remote village far from city lights, where your snowmobile-pulled sleigh awaits.

As you settle into your sled, covered with reindeer hide for warmth, you'll embark on a picturesque journey deeper into the wilderness, guided by a knowledgeable local. The serene frozen lakeside is your next destination, providing the perfect setting to catch a glimpse of the elusive Northern Lights. Keep your eyes peeled, as you might be lucky enough to witness this natural wonder.

Continuing your adventure, you'll arrive at a small island featuring a traditional wooden cottage and teepee. Here, you can unwind and, if luck is on your side, witness the Northern Lights once again. Your guide will create a cozy atmosphere with a campfire and serve a delicious dinner made from local fish or reindeer. As an added bonus, you'll have the opportunity to meet and feed friendly reindeer, adding an authentic touch to your Lapland experience.
