What to expect?
Enjoy the view of the powerful waterfalls whilst our guide share their knowledge of the Arctic wilderness, the imporance of the local and unique salmon, and share great stories of how the Målselv Waterfall was created 10.000 years ago. The waterfall changes character during the seasons, and will always present itself according to the seasonal conditions.
Your experience starts at Rundhaug Gjestegård where you meet your guide. We drive together out to the forests surrounding the river and waterfalls where we park the car and get ready for our hike. The hike takes about 30-45 minutes. When we arrive at the waterfalls your guide will serve coffee and tea and prepare your lunch, whilst you get to take a closer look at the waterfalls (we always keep a safe distance!).
This experience requires the participant to be in normal physical condition.
